Submit the Air Silk Road report to the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation
Our Centre Chairman, Mr. Joseph Chan, lead our centre member to meet the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation in Headquarter of SCO, Beijing on December 22, 2016.
Mr. Joseph Chan, as project leader, submitted the Silk Road in the Air – Research on the Role of Hong Kong on the AVIATIC SILK ROAD to the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation.
