Our Center Chairman, Mr. Joseph Chan attended Talk on South China Sea and the Belt and Road which organized by Maritime Silk Road Society and H.K. Federation of Hainan Community Organizations Ltd. on 27 August 2018. The Talk was presented by Dr. Wu Shicun, President of China’s National Institute for South China Sea Studies.
