Our Center Chairman Joseph Chan introduced to members and guests of Foreign Correspondence Club Mr Manoj Dhar, Founder and CEO of Intergrated Brilliant Education Limited (IBEL) , a not for profit educational establishment in Hong Kong that helps underprivileged children including non ethnic  Chinese Hong Kong school students in after class supplementary studies. Our Center have been regularly taking IBEL's non Chinese kids to visit Mainland China so as to encourage them to blend into the mainstream society of China and also to consider persuing their university studies in the Mainland.  Mr Chan appeal to the public to sign up to help IBEL 's kids on their DSE subjects including mathematics,  physics , chemistry and biology.
