Our Center's vice Chairman Mr. Lai Man Chun joined the photo exhibition organized by the Wenhui Daily

On Monday, December 11, 2023, at 10:30 a.m., Mr. Lai Man Chun, Vice Chairman of the Silk Road Economic Development Research Center, represented the center at the large-scale photo exhibition titled "Contributions of Hong Kong, Macau, and Compatriots to the Motherland on the Occasion of the 45th Anniversary of Reform and Opening Up and the 10th Anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative." The event was organized by Wenhui Daily to commemorate the development of our motherland and the shared destiny of the world. Vice Chairman Lai believes that the photos showcasing the Belt and Road Initiative bear witness to the selfless contributions of the People's Republic of China to the countries along the Belt and Road. As the first developing country to practice the Belt and Road construction, China has undertaken numerous infrastructure projects without discrimination based on race, skin color, or religion, providing opportunities for development to those in need. These large-scale constructions are permanent and represent the most genuine form of assistance. The photos serve as evidence of building a community with a shared future for mankind and promoting common prosperity.
