First International Conference on Rethinking International Relations in an Age of Uncertainty

Mr. Joseph Chan Chairs Keynote Panel at Global IR Conference

 

Mr. Joseph Chan Nap Kee, Chairman of the Silk Road Economic Development Research Center, served as Chair of the Keynote Speaker Panel at the First International Conference on Rethinking International Relations in an Age of Uncertainty, held at Hong Kong Chu Hai College.

 

The conference was organized by the Ng Teng Fong · Sino Group Belt and Road Research Institute, an academic research institute under Hong Kong Chu Hai College. The event gathered scholars, researchers, and policy professionals from around the world to explore how international relations are evolving in the context of increasing uncertainty, multipolarity, and rapid technological change.

 

As Chair of the opening keynote session, Mr. Chan moderated a series of insightful presentations delivered by international experts. The panel addressed critical topics such as global governance, development strategies, and international cooperation. Mr. Chan also facilitated the Q&A session and exchanged views with speakers and attendees throughout the program.
