On February 15, 2019, Center Chairman Mr. Joseph Chan attended the Belt and Road Cross-Professional Advancement Programme Workshop 2: Financing the Belt and Road Initiative as a guest speaker. The event was hosted by Prof. Patrick Lam, Professor of Department of Building and Real Estate and Dr. Chiang Yat Hung, Adjunct Professor of Department of Building and Real Estate of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Mr. Joseph Chan shared his experiences regarding investing and operating with zero financing support in Belt & Road countries.
