Chairman Mr. Joseph Chan attended The 8th Asian Logistics and Maritime Conference on November 21, 2018. The conference was jointly organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The two-day conference was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Carrie Lam, Chief Executive of the HKSAR, delivered the opening remarks at the conference while the keynote address was given by Dato Lim Jock Hoi, Secretary-General, Association of Southeast Asian Nations. The theme of the conference focused on 3 key areas – Asian connectivity, the new retail revolution and its implications for logistics, and logistics technology.  More than 70 experts and leaders from the logistics and maritime industries are speaking at the conference, which has attracted more than 2,100 industry elites from over 30 countries and regions.
