November 22, 2018, Mr. Joseph Chan, chairman of Silk Road Economic Development Research Center, attended The 4thCushman & Wakefield Belt & Road Initiative Forum co-organized by Ministry of Commerce of China and Cushman & Wakefield. The theme of the forum is Overseas Industrial park & Southeast Asia investment opportunities. Mr. Joseph Chan delivered a keynote speech after the welcome remarks from Hua Yan, Director of Investment Promotion Agency of Ministry of Commerce of China, and Alva To, vice president of Cushman & Wakefield (Greater China).
